Curtis Joseph will Return to the NHL Today with Rangers or Flames

January 14th, 2008 | Posted by Wicked in NHL trade rumors

According to TSN, Curtis Joseph is returning to the NHL today and will end the rumors of which team he will be playing for.  The Calgary Flames and New York Rangers are the two most likely destinations for the veteran goaltender.

The Sharks have pretty much bowed out of the sweepstakes saying that if Joseph wants to spend the rest of the season on the bench watching Nabokov then it is fine with them.  I don’t think Joseph has that in mind for his return though.  Supposedly by the end of the day the hockey world will know where Curtis Joseph plans to play for the rest of the season.
