I think its hard to passionately hate a team in that short amount of time. Plus, while Forsberg was with the Flyers there were no playoff series between the two, which would further the hatred. Whereas, Forsberg played for the Avs/Nordiques for 10 years. That is a lot of time to build up a true hate for a team, especially with the Lemieux/Draper situation. I believe that he would feel he was being a traitor towards the Avs if he was picked up with Wings. He already has 2 cups, so I don't think he will sell his soul for another one. I think he would rather play for a team he respects. So I don't think there is any chance he will sign with them solely on this basis.
