Peter Forsberg NHL Return Rumors

Peter Forsberg 2008 Watch continues. The teams believed interested in the Swedish center now include the Ottawa Senators, Detroit Red Wings, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers and Colorado Avalanche.

Some of these teams are reportedly willing to pay Forsberg up to $5 million for this year and next year, with this year’s salary being pro-rated.

I think he would be a great fit for the Vancouver Canucks, but I feel that even with Forsberg, the Canucks have no chance of winning the Stanley Cup.

    I’m a Canucks fan, and agree. No chance of the cup this year. The West will win it this year, but it won’t be Vancouver.
