Patrick Roy Suspended 5 Games, Jonathan Roy Suspended 7 Games for Fight
March 26th, 2008 | Posted by Wicked in Canada JuniorsPatrick Roy and his son Jonathan Roy were both suspended by the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League for their roles in a line brawl against the Chicoutimi Sagueneens. Patrick Roy directed his son, Jonathan Roy to go fight the Chicoutimi goaltender Bobby Nadeau. Nadeau didn’t fight back against Roy and took a pretty good beating. As Jonathan Roy was skating away he flipped off the crowd. Then he got into another fight with a Defenseman on the Sagueneens. Patrick Roy is the coach of the Quebec Remparts and his son Jonathan Roy is the goaltender for the Remparts.
