John Tortarella Fired as Lightning Head Coach

Tortarella won 1 Stanley Cup while he was the head coach of the Lightning. In all, he spent 8 seasons as the Lightning head coach and compiled a record of 239-222-36-38. It has been widely rumored that Barry Melrose will be returning to the NHL as a head coach and the Tampa Bay Lightning will be where Barry Melrose earns his new head coaching job.
