Atlanta Thrashers Hire John Anderson as New Head Coach

Anderson was the Chicago Wolves’ head coach and had won 4 Calder Cup trophies. The Chicago Wolves are the AHL farm club for the Thrashers and will be familiar with a number of the players on the Thrashers next year. Anderson is considered one of the premier hockey coaches that up until now was not coaching in the NHL.
