If the Buffalo Sabers are unable to sign Brian Campbell to a new contract he may be traded at or before the trade deadline.

Buffalo is now 4th in the Northeast Division, only 2 points ahead of the Maple Leafs and they are tied for 11th in the Eastern Conference.
